If you have any doubts about your SRAMnation purchase and wish to initiate a return or exchange, worry not! We've got you covered. You have a 30-day window for returns or exchanges, and here are the details:

  • Returns & Exchanges: Should you decide to return your item(s), please ensure they meet the terms and conditions outlined below. Online returns can be processed by mail, but please note that returns cannot be handled at SRAM dealers.

PRODUCT CONDITION AND RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in an unworn and unwashed condition.
  • Hang tags, if originally attached, should remain in place.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • SALE products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable 

Refunds will be processed according to the following options:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • In some cases, refunds may be issued as an SRAMnation gift card.
  • Refund methods may vary in accordance with applicable local laws.

At SRAMnation, we handle all returns on a case-by-case basis, always with the aim of ensuring the best possible experience for our valued riders. Our discretion plays a key role, including the determination of whether an item qualifies as unworn and unwashed.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Fraud and Abuse: We take potential fraud or abuse of our return policy seriously. This includes instances of excessive or unreasonable returns. Such behavior may lead to the rejection of future transactions or returns.

  • Extended Returns: In some cases, we may choose to provide a refund beyond the standard 30-day window or in situations where proof of purchase is unavailable. In such instances, refunds will be issued in the form of an SRAMnation gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
